K-3: We will be learning several new words this week such as "poeta" which means poet and "nauta" which means sailor. 1st-3rd grade will be learning the last two Latin months of the year.
4C: We will be working on Ch 11 this week, learning about Latin adjectives and how they are used in a sentence. We will be having a review of Ch 11 this upcoming Friday and students will be given a study guide for the upcoming quiz on the following week. 5th: We will have our Ch 12 quiz on Monday and Tuesday and then begin Ch 14. Ch 13 is a review chapter. If your scholar needs the additional practice I recommend working on Ch 13 outside of class.

K-3: We will be learning new words such as amicus and amica, which means friend. We will also be adding a new Latin quote and new months for 1st-3rd grade to learn.
4C: We will be reviewing Ch 9 and students will receive a study guide to take home and get signed by parents. We will be taking our Ch 9 quiz on Friday. 5th: 5B will be taking their Ch 11 quiz on Tuesday. Both 5th grades will be starting Ch 12 this week. Ch 12 flashcards should be finished before Thursday for 5A and Friday for 5B if they are not already finished in class. K-3: Students will be learning new vocabulary words such as "frater" and "soror", which mean brother and sister. 1st-3rd will also be learning new months of the year in Latin.
4C: We will be practicing with Ch 9's vocabulary and grammar this week. We only have one Latin class this week. 5th: We will be reviewing Ch 11 with a study guide and 5A will be taking their Ch 11 quiz on Thursday. 5B will be taking their Ch 11 quiz next Tuesday. After their quiz, students will begin working on Ch 12's flashcards which will be due the following Latin class if not completed in class. |
